I can't find a server

Sometimes you won't see a server in one of our categorys, that's 100% normal and you may feel confused. First, make sure you checked BOTH server lists for the server you are looking for! If the server has alot of members, its probably a premium server and will be found in our Premium Server area. If that server doesn't have a lot of members, it might be in our Standard Server area.

Sometimes, thats not the case and you cant seem to find the server anywhere! This may be because the server you are looking for isn't registered under us. We have a limited selection of servers that you can appeal from, we allow servers to apply for our service but not all servers will.. obviously!
if you are looking for the appeals of a non-registered server, you need to do some research! Some servers don't offer appeals, others might have appeals but you cant find them. If you are having troubles finding appeals for a server, try using google to search for it or maybe try contacting a server staff member.

We will not reach out to a non-registered server because we have nothing to do with those servers. Try contacting their support team if possible.

How do i know if a server is Standard, Premium, or other?

We have our appeal forms categorized via Standard or Premium.
Premium servers usually are servers with a high member count, while standard usually has about 100-300 members.

If the server you are looking for has a high member count, please click here.
If the server you are looking for has an average member count, please click here,
If what you are looking for is NOT a discord server, you can find it here.

Users are able to pay for premium and boost for premium, so if you cannot find it in standard, check the Premium Servers area.

I got banned but didn't get a DM

Sometimes when you get banned from a server, our bot (Ban Appeals#7070) will attempt to DM you. Sadly, DMing you may not always work because you need to be in our Support Server with your Direct Messages ON. If you are in the support server and Direct Messages are on, please check and make sure that the bot isn't offline! You can still appeal your ban even if Ban Appeals#7070 is offline. If you need support or the bot isn't functioning correctly, you can open a ticket in our Support Server and we will get back to you!

I can't join the support server

Hello, if you are having trouble joining the support server then you first need to check for these two things
1) Are you banned from the server?
2) is the invite invalid

If you think you are banned from the server, try sending an invite in a server you own or in a DM. Click join and if you are banned a message will appear.
If you see the ban message, you have obviously been banned from our support server. We mainly ban temporarly so wait a couple weeks and try again! Most bans occur because of users abusing the ability to DM other members in the server. If you really need to contact support, you can use our widget.

Using our vanity invite: https://discord.gg/appeal might not always work! This invite gets disabled if our support server falls under 14 boosts. If you are trying to join via the Vanity and its invaild, not working, or is showing another server, we have extra options.

As explained before, we have a support widget you can use if you are not able to access the support server. The support widget is moderated and bans will be issued for the widget as well.
